Grandma Jill's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar

• 1 cup self-raising flour

• 1 tbsp cocoa

• ½ cup milk

• 3 tbsp butter, melted

• 2 eggs

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

3. Pour into a greased cake tin or muffin tray (makes approximately 12 muffins).

4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
